There are 57 duplex villas in the courtyard of the hotel and 62 rooms, suites and royal suites in the main building. Totally there are 556 beds in the hotel in which you can find various amenities such as beach, billiard, watersports, various restaurants, revolving coffee shop, traditional teahouse, etc. Noor’s Narenjestan Garden Hotel is the first hotel in Iran in which the time-sharing scheme has been applied, as participants of the time-sharing scheme played an important role in completion of the complex.
